Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
All WarmWellPets orders ship free within the United States. There are no minimum order amounts and no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Order confirmation and tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation email right after you place your order. Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Check your shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address and email address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll help make it right.
